Very interesting story. I read through it quickly and can't wait to read the next one. Definitely worth the read.
Magic, dragons, temples, ritual awakenings, and oodles of sex... the underlying story carries the reader along, and is interesting enough. No great epic tale to be shared generations from now, but light adventure in the pursuit of erotica. Effective writing, that tells the story rather well.If found the first three novellas to be lightest on story and heaviest on sex, and while they accomplish what the author likely intended there wasn't as much "romance" until we get to "Shadows" and Kor's story... and it's not until we get to Corey and Racha's story that we get the best of it all. I'm curious to see if there's more to come for this generation of dragons, but the endings are good where these six stories stop.Straight up, this type of story is going to appeal more to some than it will for others. It's not for the young, or those who prefer closed door romance, or those who do not enjoy elements of magic or paranormal fantasy. It's not the most complex or deepest of stories, but I found the larger story interesting and easy to read. Plus they're short novellas and don't take days to get thru...
A sensually erotic dragon awakening series you will not want to put down. Each dragon is released from a five century sleep by their fated humans. Never a down time with the sex in each of these tales. Interesting and very arousing.
Bell gets better and better with each new book. This one is steaming hot and you'll need a fire extinguisher to put out the flames. Awesome storytelling and then some. Can't wait for the next one.
When I started off I bought the first two stories but then I saw this omnibus and decided to buy it. I'm glad I did because I thoroughly enjoyed the first two stories and wanted to finish the series. The author really came up with a fantastic plot for these stories! When I finished I found out that there is another series that takes up after this one. Hope all of those stories are as good as these were.
