"I had him shackled in my chamber, naked and bound. But still, he was the one in control."
Beauty and the Beast — flipped on its head. She's the beast: Belah, an immortal blue dragon goddess who has ruled as pharaoh for millennia. He's the beauty: Nikhil, the mortal man whose dominance brings her to her knees.
When their forbidden bond ignites, it sets off a chain of events that shatters everything — an epic betrayal so devastating that the dragons vanish from the world entirely. Gods become myths. Immortals become ghosts hiding in plain sight. And the consequences echo through centuries, setting the stage for the entire Courting Dragons universe.
"It is and will always be my honor to be your master, Little Beast."
This book contains explicit sexual content, BDSM themes, dragon-shifter mythology, themes of betrayal and loss, and a cliffhanger that will make you immediately need the next book. This is not a traditional HEA.

I'm used to being astounded by the out of this world level of quality Ophelia Bell brings with her special editions, but this was a whole new level of gorgeous.
Not only is the book stunning, the blue velvet pouch is beautiful. Plus, a beautiful metal bookmark and swag!! So proud to own mine.
Stunning special edition. I'm in love.
I'm becoming a book dragon so this is a beautiful edition to add to my collection. And the incentives are gorgeous. I plan on buying more!
Hand-signed, limited run, never reprinted
All 100 Deluxe boxes are gone. The Premium is the same signed hardcover, the same chinoiserie box, the same custom art — and it isn't being reprinted either. The gold scarab bookmark from the Deluxe box and the handmade Lapis Scarab Earrings are available above as add-ons while the last few remain.
This 10th Anniversary edition features gold foil stamped titles, a custom art dustjacket, sprayed edges, a ribbon bookmark, a personally signed tip-in page, and comes in a custom chinoiserie box with a curated swag collection. It's a collector's piece, not just a book.
It sold out. The Deluxe was a run of 100 and it's gone — it won't be reprinted. The good news: the book itself was never the difference. The Premium Edition is the identical signed special edition hardcover with all the same finishes, the same chinoiserie box, suede gift bag, art card, and character cards. The Deluxe simply added extra swag on top. The gold scarab metal bookmark from that box is still available as an add-on on the Premium above while a small batch of extras lasts — and the new handmade Lapis Scarab Earrings add-on takes the place of the Deluxe's jewelry.
Your free ebook will be delivered to your email immediately after purchase via BookFunnel. You can also scan the QR code on the Dragon Blues card included in your box to download it anytime.

Yes — it was included in the sold-out Deluxe box, and a small batch of extras is available on its own. Check the add-on box on the Premium Edition above to include one with your order. Once this batch is gone it will not be restocked.
This is a limited-run anniversary edition. Once they're gone, this exact edition will not be reprinted in this format.
Dragon Betrayed is the prequel to the entire Courting Dragons universe — it's the perfect starting point! It sets the stage for everything that follows.
The Deluxe sold out. This is a limited anniversary run, hand-signed and never reprinted — when they're gone, this edition is gone forever.
